I give free delivery on all orders. Everything is sent by Royal mail first class delivery. However if orders exceed £50 they will be sent by recorded delivery.

I aim to send all my orders out within 1-2 weeks, as every piece of jewellery is custom made to suit your requirements.

I have a large stock of crystals in all the colours displayed on my colour chart, however if you order a colour that is out of stock i will contact you immediately and delivery may be delayed slightly.

If you require an express delivery ie. within 3 working days an additional charge of £10 will be applied, please contact me if you require this.

Returns are only given to faulty goods, within 7 days of delivery. Please contact me if this should happen.

Colours shown on the colour chart may differ on certain computer screens, if you are unsure about what colour you require, contact me with your requirements and i can either suggest colours that would be suitable, or for a charge of £1 i can send you a colour sample.
